Frequently Asked Questions

We allow three items at no additional cost. One checked bag, One carry on, and one backpack/personal item. If you are traveling with more than this per person, please let us know so that we can guarantee space in the vehicle for your items. Additional luggage cost $10 per item.

Yes! In addition to service animals, we will gladly transport your beloved animal as long as they are accompanied by a passenger and are kept in an airline kennel. The cost for each animal is $65 each way.

We follow the TSA recommendations for travel time. So plan your trip with a 2 hour buffer when traveling domestic and 3 hours when traveling international. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time when booking the best transport time. If your flight leaves at 10:00 am, you would need to leave Waco by 6:00 am. (2 hours for travel, and 2 hours at the airport before your flight departure time.) 

For pickup at DFW for Domestic Flight – Please call  817-406-8469 when your flight arrives. We will confirm and dispatch the driver to your location. The pickup is outside your assigned baggage claim area on the upper level.  Once directed, please proceed outside on the curb for pickup. The driver will provide you a description of the vehicle.

For pickup at DFW for International Flight  – Call us from the plane 817-406-8469 as soon as your flight arrives. Please, call again when you finish customs. We will direct our driver to your location. The driver will provide you with a description of the vehicle.

For pickup at Love Field – call 817-406-8469 when your flight arrives. From inside the airport, go to Ground Transportation which is down the escalator. Baggage pickup is to the right and Ground Transportation is straight ahead. Take an immediate left outside and the pickup will be Green Zone marked Hotel Parking Shuttle Drop Off.

Very simple. Give us a call at the office, 817-406-8469. This way we can coordinate with the driver to better serve you. For After Hours Service, we will contact you with the Drivers Name and Phone Number.

We understand that flights are delayed and sometimes canceled. We will work with you on a case by case situation.

We offer home pickup and drop off service that can be added on to any trip. For only $10 more (each direction) we will pick you up from any location within a 10 mile radius of Baylor Campus. Prices will vary outside of our pickup radius. Give us a call for more information regarding your specific address. For apartment complex pickups, please be ready at the main office.

Although we can accept same day or add on passengers, reservations are strongly encouraged.

Absolutely. We offer an AFTER HOURS service for your reservation after or before any of our scheduled times. After hours is any time for service outside of our normally scheduled transport times. Call for pricing and availability. 

If you cancel more than 72 hrs. before your scheduled trip, there are no refunds but a credit for future use will be given. If you cancel less than 72 hrs. before your scheduled trip, no refund or credits will be provided. No shows are responsible for 100% of the trip fees.

Additional fees may apply if additional services or requests are made after the sale of reservation. 

We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards at the time of reservation. In addition, we have invoice billing options for our corporate partners. Tipping is not required but appreciated. Drivers are always thankful when passengers show their appreciation for quality service. We also appreciate your reviews.

All Drivers have a clean driving record. Zero tolerance with any use or consumption of an intoxicating substance including but not limited to alcohol and narcotics is prohibited within the workplace and during working hours.

Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available upon request.
